Futrołajki is an annual 18+ Polish furry convention.

Overview[edit]

The original concept of Futrołajki was not to have a permanent location but to move to a new city each year, creating a furcon that is open and available to everyone everywhere.

Until 2024, the convention was held around St. Nicholas’s Day, from which the name is derived.[1]

History[edit]

The first Futrołajki was held December 3-5, 2021, in Kielce, Poland, with an attendance of over 100+. The Guest of Honor was journalist, satirist, a former photojournalist, and a candidate for the city council of Kielce, Mr. Dariusz Gacek. The charity was for DKMS, and over PLN 1000 was raised through the auction, with attendees also being able to register for a bone marrow donor database at the con.
