IndyFurCon (iFC) is an annual furry convention based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The event was first held at the Hilton Indianapolis North on 13-15 August 2010, with the theme of "Tropical, Furry, Fun!" It is sponsored and ran by the local Indiana WhoozFur group. [Whoozfur, Inc.]

It has been announced that the 4th annual IndyFurCon will be held on Aug 9-11 2013, in the same location as 2012. The theme will be "Back to School!".
[edit] 2012
IndyFurCon was held August 10-12, 2012 with the theme of 'FURS IN SPACE!'. The con featured Alkali Bismuth as Guest of Honor and included Chris B. Critter as their first Featured Artist. As an added feature, they also had a Fursuit of Honor known as Skroy! Uncle_Kage joined them for their third year since 2010. The total attendance was 482 attendees, with 110 fursuiters in the parade on Saturday.
The convention moved into the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing on the North side of Indianapolis, IN.
The charity for 2012 was, for the second year Southside Animal Shelter. For which they raised $2,500 from donations, a charity auction, and a charity show.
It was announced at closing ceremonies that Tora NightProwler would be stepping down as con chair. In his place would be Roxas for the next 3 years, as per the agreement in the bylaws set forth by WhoozFur.

In it's sophomore year the planners added an Art Show to their programming line up and Whose_Lion_is_it_Anyway made a return, webcamming in one of the program's hosts, SemJay, who was unable to attend the convention.Uncle Kage, 2, The Ranting Gryphon and Bucktown Tiger also returned as entertainers.
The event was held 12-14 August 2011 and returned to the fabulous Hilton Indianapolis North. The theme was "Furries of the Lost Ark". The final number of attendees was 369, along with 75 fursuiters in the fursuit parade.
The 2011 guest of honor was the talented Tincrash. It was also announced that the GOH, Tincrash, and his fiance, Leasara, held their wedding ceremony at the convention on Saturday night.
The charity for 2011 chapter was the Southside Animal Shelter for which the convention raised $1,212.

The 2010 convention was billed as an opportunity for furs in the Midwest to gather with friends and have fun during the "downtime" between conventions. The centralized location in the "Crossroads of America" also opened the event to fans from across the country.
In the end, 350 attended the event, with 62 in the fursuit parade. The guest of honor was DBruin, while Uncle Kage, 2, The Ranting Gryphon and Bucktown Tiger provided entertainment.
The convention supported the Exotic Feline Rescue Center, for which it raised $1,150.[1]
