Forum:Forum:Changes not Taking Effect

I've made edits to my own personal page; however, when saved and logged out of my account these changes did not take affect. I've purged my browser's cache multiple times and the only time when the changes do take effect is when I login to my account. How can I fix this? Eliaphir 16:42, 5 May 2013 (EDT) Elias Saphir
