Furry.hu was a Hungarian furry website that included a chatroom, forum, and user blogs. Hungarian furry meetups were usually planned and discussed here.
History[edit]
The site was initially launched and maintained by Ralesk, then later by RoePipi. For various reasons, he decided to shut down the original server in early 2006 and transferred the domain to neo_21670, who provided hosting for the site.
From 2006 till 2009 furry.hu ran in sort of a failsafe mode and a new engine was developed from scratch. The new site would sports the design works of Jako.
In August 2009 new ways of development were defined by the administrative staff of furry.hu. The new engine's development was put on hold, and they began building the site from previously working engines and 3rd party services, like Livejournal.
As of May 2023, the website is up but empty, with only the following message displayed:
