Zillercon

Zillercon was a furry skiing and snowboarding holiday, held in January or February at skiing locations in Austria and Switzerland from 2001 to 2018.
Zillercon was named after its first venue in 2001: Zillertal in Tyrol, Austria, and was organized annually by Keepiru. Non-fur friends were also welcome.
History[edit]
- Zillercon 1 was held in Mayrhofen in January, 2001, with 15 attendees.
- Zillercon 2 was held over January 11-13, 2002, at Saas Balen in Valais, Switzerland. There were 17 participants.
- Zillercon 3 was held in 2003, at Zillertal, Austria.
- Zillercon 4 was held over January 17-24, 2004, at Zillertal.
- Zillercon 5 was held over January 23-30, 2005, at Zillertal.
- Zillercon 6 was held from January 28 to February 4, 2006, at Wenns and the Hochzeiger skiing region in Pitztal, Austria. There were 14 participants.
- Zillercon 7 was held from January 27 to February 3, 2007, at Wildschönau in the Kitzbühel Alps of Tyrol, Austria. All twenty of the event's available places were filled.
- Zillercon 8 was held from January 26 to February 2, 2008, at Mühlbach am Hochkönig, Salzburg, Austria.
- Zillercon 9 was held from January 31 to February 7, 2009, at Holzgau, Austria. There were 27 attendees.
- Zillercon 10 was held in Holzgau again, over January 23-30, 2010. Thirty-two furries were in attendance.
- Zillercon 11 was held in Holzgau for the last time, over January 22-29, 2011. There were 30 attendees.
- Zillercon 12 was held in Wörgl (Embach), Austria, over January 21-28, 2012. There were 40 furries in attendance.[1]
- Zillercon 13 was held in Wörgl, Austria from January 26 to February 2, 2013. As in the previous year, there were 40 attendees.
- Zillercon 14 was held in Wörgl again, from January 25 to February 1, 2014.
- Zillercon 15 was held in Hopfgarten, Austria over January 24-31, 2015.
- Zillercon 16 was held in Lermoos, Austria over January 23-30, 2016.[2]
- Zillercon 17 "All the Nope" was held in Lermoos, Austria over January 21-28, 2017.[3]
- Zillercon 18 "The Kingdom of Far Far Away" was held in Lermoos, Austria over January 21-28, 2018.[4]
