Windmill Cookie (Simone Victoria) lives in the Midwest and has been a furry all her life, but didn't know there was a name for it until she was 12. She is more of an aloof person and is more talked about than seen. She loves to be in a fursuit rather than out of one. She is a hatter and costume maker by trade and never leaves her abode without a hat or furry apparel. She loves music and art and enjoys painting with water colors the most.
She has two furry forms the one she was literally raised with an orangey red Central American spider monkey which is her main form.
And the one she was given when she was 12 by her friends a very lean purple (sometimes brown) anthropomorphic mountain lion covered in grey tribal tattoos.
