Valentine the Mouse is a lesbian furry, artist and writer who lives in Centennial, Colorado, United States. Her real name is Tina.

Personal Life[edit]

Tina is the founder of The Novare Project, an eating disorder awareness profit inspired by the Clothesline Project. The project has received considerable media attention, with articles about Tina appearing in the Gaithersburg Gazette and the Boston Globe. Offers have also been extended for her to appear on Montel Williams, the Today show, and A&E. Tina has also modeled for the Toni and Guy catalogue.

As of December, 2007, Valentine has been mated to, and living with, Jinx the Fandox for almost four years. They met during their high school years and quickly grew close, and were forced apart for almost a year when Jinx and Valentine were outed to their families. They fought for their relationship and wrote hundreds of letters to one another, most of which Jinx still has. In the summer of 2006, they were able to move in together after Jinx took Val to her senior prom.

Jinx and Val live together in the suburbs of Denver with two kittens and two mice named Audrey and Greta, Valentine's Day gifts from Jinx.

Furry Life[edit]

Valentine has been a furry since she was a little girl, and has always loved mice. She has hand-raised and bred thousands of mice.

She also has a substantial plush collection, including several handmade by her.

Val is a craft worker.

Valentine, Tina's fursona, is an anthropomorphic gray mouse with large green eyes, dark hair and a white diamond-shaped patch of fur on her forehead.
