Hi there, Eso, and welcome to WikiFur! Thanks for your recent contributions, in particular the corrections to the article about Eyebadger.

I think the confusion arose because many members of the fandom are used to referring to one another as their online handles. Perhaps some other wording such as "goes by the username lockemaison" would be more appropriate? The objective is to link the username with the person so that they have the same identity behind them and people are not stuck wondering who this lockemaison person is. If it is just used at LiveJournal, then perhaps it is not worth mentioning, but my experience is that usernames do not stay in one place for long.
