The University of California, Davis, also known as UC Davis, is a public, coeducational university established as the University Farm in 1905, and located in the city of Davis, California, about fifteen miles west of Sacramento.
It is one of the ten campuses of the University of California, and is the largest campus in the UC system, spanning over 5,500 acres (22.2 square km.)

People at the university conducted an online study on furries. In February 2007 they closed up the online survey. Over 600 furries took part. While the data is still being analysed and the report being written, some results have been released on their LiveJournal.
