Tycho
Tycho, also known as Tycho Aussie (born July 18, 1965),[1] is a fursuiter who lives in Haslett, Michigan, U.S.A.[2] His fursona is an Australian shepherd.
Fursuiting[edit]
Tycho Aussie's fursuit was made by Beastcub.[2] Tycho has successfully blended fursuiting with his professional career as a geoscientist. He has taught university science classes at Michigan State University while in fursuit. In 2013, he appeared with NASA and JPL at the AGU Fall meeting in San Francisco.
Tycho Aussie fursuits for the entertainment of his community, and leads the Christmas parade in association with the city chamber of commerce for Williamston, Michigan. Tycho has also fursuited in states of the former Soviet Union, such as the countries of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkey.
Conventions[edit]
Tycho is not generally active in the furry conventions because of his work demands. However, he has made appearances at the following cons:
- 2013: Midwest FurFest
- 2014: Motor City Fur Con, Great Lakes Fur Con
- 2015: Motor City Fur Con, Anthrocon
