Tugs

Tugs is a babyfur who lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. His full name, rarely used (and an homage to the source character), is Baby Tugs Puppybear, and is often simply "Tugs". His character is based on the Care Bear of the same name, but his player has taken some liberties with the source template to create a distinct personality and further tweaks have lead to a hybrid species version, called a puppybear. Tugs' player also has a tattoo of a star in a diaper on his shoulder, mirroring the tummy symbol of the source cartoon character. Although he was originally more often in a younger form, Tugs' age frequently varies from that of an older toddler to a teenager, diapered and carrying his full name regardless.
