Traitors, Thieves and Liars is a novel by Rick Griffin. It is part one of a retelling of his earlier short story Ten Thousand Miles Up, under the new title The Final Days of the White Flower II. The novelisation also included the short story, Whatever Happened to Commissioner Sarsuk?. Traitors, Thieves and Liars was followed up by The Captain's Oath.

Plot[edit]

Centuries ago, the Geroo (kangaroo-like aliens) lost their homeworld to the Krakun (dragons). Enslaved and running the Krakun's vast fleet of gate ships, they are on an endless quest to find their masters new worlds to settle, and/or conquer. And throughout the centuries, the Geroo have been looking for an exit. Aboard the White Flower II, pirates contact Geroo Captain Ateri and present him with an opportunity that may be too good to be true.

Whatever Happened to Commissioner Sarsuk?[edit]

Whatever Happened to Commissioner Sarsuk? goes into detail on the downfall of the former Krakun commissioner of Ateri's fleet.
