Todd G. Sutherland, also known as Scout and Taffy, (born April 10, 1968)[1] was a Canadian furry artist and writer who joined the fandom in the early 1990s, whose primary galleries were on VCL and Orlando Furry Archives, until they were stripped of media by the artist around 1998 for unknown reasons. He used to collaborate art-wise with fellow Canadian artist Charles "Chuck" Davies. He co-created the Water Wings shared story setting.
He is perhaps most well-known for his more serious sci-fi story, "Wings," which was showcased in the book Best In Show: Fifteen Years of Outstanding Furry Fiction.
At present time, Todd G. Sutherland seems to have left the fandom.
