Tibo (real name James W. Birdsall), is a furry fan from Washington State, USA.
Tibo was also the founder of Conifur Northwest and a member of Jarlidium Press. He appears as a tiger character in the webcomic Roomies. He is the roommate of Flinthoof Ponypal.
