The Wayward Astronomer is a novel by Geoffrey Thomas. It is an official expansion to the Dreamkeepers graphic novel universe by Dave and Liz Lillie who also provided illustrations.

Plot[edit]

Hal Adhil and Miri Rodgers are best friends who work at an observatory in the Starfall Mountains beyond the metropolis of Anduruna. One day they observe a meteor crashing nearby and set off to investigate it, which reveals itself to be a strange power source. They also realize that they are not the only ones looking for the meteor.

Awards[edit]

The Wayward Astronomer was nominated for and won the 2017 Ursa Major Award for Best Novel.
