Thay Rustback, also known as Pawsitively Furry (born in Vermont on September 16, 1990), is an artist, and seamstress who lives in Utah, USA, attending a program for veterinary technology.
Thay is part of the Painting Dogs artist collaborative, which has its own crowd-funding at Patreon.
