I unlocked this costume on my third playthrough and I'll admit it was pretty interesting getting to unlock it. Just in case you're wondering why it's a shiba inu specifically, it's because Silent Hill 2 contained a joke ending relating to a shiba inu dog supposedly controlling everything going on behind the scenes, and in Origins the dog shows up again in the joke UFO ending.
