Um.

This is very, very POV. To say the least. Anyone want to have a stab at cleaning this up? At the very least the language needs to be more neutral with fewer deliberately charged words. Simba B 00:09, 21 November 2007 (UTC)

Removing certain claims[edit]

To the best of my knowledge (in the states where I've lived), small claims court doesn't have "litigators", only plaintiffs. That is, one can't have third-party representation: The parties represent themselves to the judge. So I've removed his claim of being a "litigator" (which implies agency and legal training). That he might have brought some cases before small-claims courts is unremarkable.

If he's made a living of it (somehow), then perhaps "serial plaintiff" is more appropriate.

Also, being "involved with" Rainfurrest means nothing. He told me (via Telegram chat) that he was actually banned from Rainfurrest 2016 due to his behavior at Rainfurrest 2015 (fighting with the staff). If that's what "involved with" means, it's also unremarkable. --Tom Howling (talk) 21:47, 5 October 2015 (EDT)

welp?[edit]

Even people years ago say this needs to be changed, so what gives?. - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Blippityboppitypoop (talkcontribs) .

Well, you blew it on the first try, so no meaningful change will come forth from you anymore, I'm afraid. - Spirou (talk) 01:47, 7 August 2022 (EDT)
