Near/Byuu is not 'non-binary'[edit]
He made it known he rescinded that & no longer felt that way. That ascription & incorrect pronouns usage should be corrected, instead of trying to eagerly claim him as an oppressed genderqueer trophy or w/e.
"h3 1S N0T d3@d!!!11!!!" edits[edit]
Revert the latest "The Truth"/"The General Consensus"/"The Said"/"I Think"/"In My Opinion"/"KF and ED sez"/etc edits. Currently, he has passed away; if it is not real (won't be the first, see: Bob Hill [first death announcement]), it will be duly noted immediately in the article.
Personal opinions and "He/She/The said" are not accurate references, and when faked, it doesn't take very long for the story to unravel (so far, IF untrue, this is has been the longest I have seen for a story to hold). - Spirou (talk) 18:00, 2 September 2021 (EDT)

The US Department of State has finalized its records for 2021. No death of an American citizen was recorded in Japan in 2021 after Byuu's suicide note was published. - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 104.246.222.141 (talk • contribs) .
- Means he's not dead. - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 2600:1700:5500:aa80:920:0:37e1:915f (talk • contribs) .
- Given that Near was an American citizen in 2021, and that Japan is extremely fastidious when it comes to record keeping, the fact that Japan didn't record any deaths of American citizens in 2021 after Near's note was published is fairly strong evidence that Near is not dead. All other evidence is hearsay; this is an official government source. - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 64.112.179.250 (talk • contribs) .
Obit[edit]
Where is the obituary? Shouldn't that be linked to in the article? Why hasn't there been a statement from his family? - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.244.141.73 (talk • contribs) .
