Talk:Joshua Kennedy
From WikiFur, the furry encyclopedia.
I wrote/corrected a few of the facts on this guy. I don't know how to cite references, honestly I don't know much wiki coding. However, most of the so-called reference I'm using is ME. I have dinner with Josh at least 3 times a week and we talk about our experiences in furry fandom with each other occasionally. That's the best I can do. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.173.234.136 (talk • contribs) 07:30, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- My suggestion would be to write parts that might be disputed something like this "According to his friend, (friend's name), he ... " At least that gives readers some way to evaluate the claims. --Rat 08:28, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- I was directed here, and made the previous comment, because someone told me about this entry and how it says it "doesn't site references". Frankly I have to say I don't read this website or many other furry sites much at all. Once in a blue moon I can take a look and confirm or deny things. However, I'm not sure how you cite a conversation.. and besides what if I don't want to disclose my own name on this site. I can correct wiki user speculations that I know are wrong based on my own conversations with the subject but I can't really prove what I say. Just my opinion, it seems like a website like this that highlights 'normal' people (non-celebs) that are only popular amongst a small group of fans but edited by just anyone doing a google search or looking at a person's furaffinity page and trying to be objective and as informative as possible, well it seems odd to me. But that is just an opinion, I don't mean to make a flame war or start a conversation about that. -- anonymous 11:56, 6 October 2007 - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 216.48.19.227 (talk • contribs) 04:02, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
