I'd like to hear other people's understandings of what a furpile is. The ones I've seen have been a bed or couch or spot on the floor where furries tend to accumulate and squeeze in whereever they're comfortable. The ones I've seen haven't been sexual. --Rat 11:58, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Somewhere I have seen a list of "furpile rules". Use a soft base such as a mattress, take off all sharp objects such as eyeglasses and shoes, take care not to ram bony parts of yourself into soft parts of others, and most importantly, don't go on top if you're too heavy. And yes, I have taken part in a pile of six furries on top of each other, I was somewhere in the middle. --Unci 11:09, 21 Nov 2005 (UTC)
