Cute though she might be, I don't think eight photos of the same baby are a good use of resources, and I'm not convinced that there needs to be an article about a child this young, even if her parents do represent her with a furry character. -- Sine 20:05, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

Removed excess pictures. Not sure about independent article status, either. Spaz Kitty 03:51, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
Well, I think it's within reason if the parents are okay with it. There's information showing the relationship to the community, therefore it's a reasonable subject of coverage. Of course there's questions about the weight given to different aspects in the article, and her relationship with the community will change as she gets older, but the same could be said for any person article. --Rat 23:35, 29 October 2008 (UTC)

Any others want to put in their two cents? I think if it were closed now, it would be 'no consensus', and no action occurring. --Rat 09:15, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

I vote to merge. Barra may be a person, but at such a young age, there isn't a whole lot to say about her. And, as she gets older, there's no way to know whether she'll actually decide to be a fur regardless of the hobbies of her parents. For now, her fursona was created by her mother, and she's too young to even understand it, so it makes little sense to have an article about her in the same way we'd have an article about a furry adult. --Natasha Softpaw 09:22, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

I've raised this as a general question, at Forum:Articles about children. I agree with the reasons Felix Sofpaw stated above. -- Sine 19:16, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

As noted there, I feel it should be merged because the character is the creation of and controlled by the parent. --GreenReaper(talk) 22:44, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
