{[wikify}} Smaug, also known as Declan Tribal, Edward Fitzcarraldo, Alexis Vadarth and Ken Maxwell, has been an active member of the fandom since September 2005, though he has lurked on many furry forums since 2003. His alias is named after the dragon Smaug from Tolkein's The Hobbit, and is the maintainer of the Freya Crescent Shrine as of May 2007.

Smaug has, in total, four major fursonas, which he makes a habit of switching from time to time - A dragon, a burmecian, an arctic fox and an Anubis. Smaug currently resides in Southport, a small coastal town in Northern England, and is hoping to earn a career in web design.
