Kipper Otter, also known as Ozzie, Socal Bandit, Skamp, and formerly as Ozzy-marten (born 21 September 1982), is a tooney furry artist and fursuiter who lives in San Diego, California, USA.

Fandom involvement[edit]

Kipper was a guest of honor for Midwest FurFest 2010. He has an affinity for ferrets and is a member of several California Ferret legalization groups. He was once a tenant of the Hotel Yorba furry house in Santa Ana, California, USA.

Fursona[edit]

Kipper's fursona is an otter.

Fursuits[edit]

Kipper has a self-made fursuit of his marten character, Cozmo; another suit of the character Dean Wilson from Animalympics; and Poncho, a Ringtail.[1]
