ScotiaCon 2014

ScotiaCon 2014 was the fourth iteration of the ScotiaCon convention. It was held over November 7-9, 2014,[1] at the Mercure Livingston in Livingston, Scotland.[1]
The convention moved from its previous August date to November in order to avoid summer crowds and get better hotel prices.[1] The move from Inverness to Livingston was prompted by a need for more convention space.[1]
ScotiaCon 2014's theme was "Superheroes and Villains",[2] and Blackkrystal (Made By Mercury) was the guest of honour.[3] The con charity was World Horse Welfare,[4] for which £655.81 was raised.[5]
