Romeo & Juliet: Sealed With a Kiss is an independantly-produced animated film about two young sea lions, with a storyline inspired by Williams Shakespeare's play. It was released in late October 2006.
Characters[edit]
- Romeo - A brown-skinned sea lion. The first son of the Montague family.
- Juliet - A white-skinned sea lioness. The daughter of Sir Capulet.
- Mercutio - Romeo's obnoxious best friend.
- Benvolio - Romeo's cowardly and gluttonous best friend.
- The Prince - An elephant seal. Juliet's bumbling, doltish suitor.
- Friar Lawrence - A sea otter. Marries Romeo and Juliet in the hopes of uniting the Capulets and Montagues.
- Goldfish - A baby goldfish who both supports and condemns Romeo and Juliet's union.
