Perri Lightfoot

Perri Lightfoot (Alyssa, also known as Pink Parka Girl, born January 22, 1986)[1] is an artist and writer, primarily of Pokémon fan works. She lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA,[2] and founded The Anthropomorphic Index.[3] Her fursona is a Plusle.[4]
