Perki Goth/Candi Raver is one of two webcomics by Jim "Mutt" Tarpley. The comic centers around the lives of disgruntled Goth vixen Katina "Perki" Perkins and her hyperactive raver otter girlfriend Candace "Candi" Charm, as well as the people around them.
The stories run the gamut from touching on incest to gender dysphoria, as well as more mundane strips focusing on Perki's first love and his reappearing after having vanished for years. Sometimes the comic shifts focus from Perki to her friends, such as her ex-girlfriend and good friend Dierdre. And while the stories get serious at times, they usually find something shameful to touch upon after a little bit.
