Louisiana Furs
Louisiana Furs is a group of furries living in Louisiana and parts of Eastern Mississippi that regularly holds meets on a monthly to bi-monthly basis.
Events[edit]
The majority of the meets are hosted by Black Wolf in Metairie, Louisiana, however Jade Bleufox hosts meets in the Northern region of the state, in the Monroe, and West Monroe area, with the help of Gora, who hosts meets in the Shreveport and Bossier City areas. Various members of the Louisiana Furs community across the state will host their own meets in their respected areas.
The Louisiana Furs have house meets where they play video games, watch movies, wear fursuits, and share sketch books. They regularly hold barbecues and, when in season, also host crawfish and crab boils. All LA Furs furmeets are for all ages unless specified.
Bayou Furry Bash[edit]
The LA furs have a convention, Bayou Furry Bash[1], currently in the works that they hope to have at some time in 2020. The convention is set to take place in Metairie, Louisiana.
