A Cantaur (Japanese: キャントール, Kyantōru), often called "Kyantol" due to an unofficial mistranslation, is a canine-like species popularized in the Shining Force franchise. Despite the Canine background, some Cantaurs may appear similar to fox halflings (technically speaking, Cantaurs are Canine halflings).
