Kaja Foglio (born 1970) is a Seattle-based writer, artist and publisher.

Kaja and her husband Phil founded Studio Foglio as a venue for her Magic: The Gathering art prints, but quickly expanded into publishing. Together, they produce the retro-fantasy comic series Girl Genius. She is also the chief graphic designer and webmistress for Studio Foglio and Airship Entertainment.
