Jim Tarpley, also known as Mutt, Mutt12, or Mote, is a furry artist from the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex area of Texas, USA.
Webcomics[edit]
Jim is the creator of the webcomics Perki Goth/Candi Raver and My Private Little Hell (MPLH). On December 3, 2008, Jim announced that he was putting both webcomics on hold[1] for personal reasons.
