Jenner
Doctor Jenner (born 1961) is an Australian cartoonist who lives in Melbourne, and is a former member of Rowrbrazzle.
Jenner has been an Australian newspaper and magazine cartoonist for over twenty years, drawing professionally and non-professionally in both the Australian and US scene in the small amount of time outside his duties as a full-time doctor. He is currently working in a city general practice, and has adopted the anonymous pen name Jenner as an ethical courtesy. Although a daily strip on the Internet is four years old, his Doc Rat character has been appearing in medical and non-medical magazines for over a decade, including Bush Alert and vicdoc.
Fandom involvement[edit]
He created the webcomics Downunderground and Doc Rat, and contributed to The Everchanging Palace. He was a member of the APAs Rowrbrazzle and Huzzah. Jenner has released 9 full comic strip books, released his 10th in December at MiDFur 2012.
Jenner was inducted into the Furry Hall of Fame in 2010 along side Stan Sakai, Big Blue Fox and MiDFur Chairman CynWolfe, who he himself inducted.
Jenner was also a Board member for MiDFur, heading up the Guest Liaison department, and then ConFurgence for Guest Relations.[when?]
