Incident at Hawk's Hill

Incident at Hawk's Hill is a novel by Allan W. Eckert. It was first published in 1971, by Little, Brown & Company. Allegedly based on a true incident, it tells of a child, Benjamin McDonald, who takes shelter in a Badger's prairie den and is taken care of by the Badger.

A sequel, Return to Hawk's Hill, was published in 1998.
