Here Lie Monsters, also known as HLM MUCK, is a furry MUCK of no specific theme. As of early 2020, the MUCK usually only has two permanent residents, with little activity. However, population and activity levels can vary, particularly around North American evening time.

History

Ink and Natasha founded HLM in the summer of 2002. The MUCK has generally been a space for casual hangout and chatting without any particular theme, though with perhaps some emphasis on geekiness and technical conversations. It also saw use as a testbed for a number of custom-made MUF programs, primarily written by Natasha.

Owing to such geekiness, during a server migration in its early days HLM was temporarily hosted on a Microsoft Xbox, through a custom Debian Linux port.

As of 2020, the MUCK runs FuzzBall MUCK 7.
