Futrzakon 2009, the second edition of Futrzakon, took place from 13-16 August 2009, at the same venue as the previous convention. One notable opinion of the attendees from the first edition was that it was too short, so an extra day was added.
As of 10 March 2009, all available reservation places at the convention site were taken, counting at least 50 prospective attendees (not including visiting con-goers attending only during the day and staying elsewhere).
The main organizer was Ryan. Cubey was programming coordinator, while Leniwiec, Huskion and Vethuleion provided logistical and technical support.

- The Dance, including many additional minor competitions such as "Name that Melody"
