Furnal Equinox 2017

Furnal Equinox 2017 was the eighth annual Furnal Equinox convention, which took place over March 17-19, 2017.[1] This year, the convention moved to a new venue; the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.[2]
The theme of the convention was "Rock the Fandom"[1], with the Guest of Honours Beetlecat, Likeshine, and a musical Guest Of Honour Pepper Coyote.
Furnal Equinox saw 1,587 attendees[3], including 373 fursuiters.[4] The convention charity was After The Track Greyhound Adoption, a Durham-based Greyhound group that focuses on finding forever homes for retired racing greyhounds, for which $10,678.55 was raised.[5]
