Services and resources
The site offers free basic membership to everybody whom registers, but users must purchase a subscription to access all of the site's available features and services, such as reading messages sent to them.
A third party quick reverse image search[clarify] of most of the images on profiles that sends messages to users may suggest that these images are in fact stolen from various parts of the web, Tumblr and Yahoo! Groups in particular. It has been suggested that these profiles do not represent real people, but are instead bots created by FurFling to entice users into buying their service. Inactive accounts with no profile pictures and even messages stating they will not use the website still get multiple notifications per day from individuals apparently wishing to talk to them thinking their profile makes them sound cute.
