One thing that annoys me is that under the staff category for furry conventions, under each convention, both ex-staff and current staff are listed. This makes the category less useful and more confusing. If users are trying to look up who's on staff real quick, and then look the list over (without reading individual profiles), they might presume someone is still on staff who actually isn't on staff.

So I think it'd be great if it would be possible to create a sub-category where previous convention staff members are listed, to separate them from the actual current staff.
