Florida Furs

The Florida Furs are furries in the state of Florida.

Long ago[when?] most of the furry activity in the state was centered around Orlando; since then, furries elsewhere in Florida, including in Gainesville, the Tampa Bay area, Pensacola, and South Florida have become more organized and active. There were also groups of furs in Jacksonville and Tallahassee as well. Many groups have rose and fell over time.
In June 2020, Florida had 66 pins on furmap.net[1][2] which was more than double than the 29 pins the map had in February 2020.[3]
Florida conventions are Megaplex, during summer, and the Furloween Halloween party in October.
