Limited rights are granted to individual(s) appearing in a photograph for non-revenue producing personal or community purposes, including uses on websites or as buddy icons and avatars that do not generate revenue. So long as the image is not manipulated, distorted, or used in any way that might be deemed defamatory and either the furshoot.com name remains intact and legible or a suffciently legible copyright line is added to the image that reads “© Furshoot.com”. This usage is non-transferable. All other rights are reserved without written permission of the photographer.

(This is to protect images from being used to paint the furry community in a negative light or in negative ways against other individuals).
