Feral! 2014
Feral! 2014 was the seventeenth Feral! convention, held over August 21-25[1] in Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario, Canada.
The theme was 'Algonquinos'[1] - a title representing a mash-up of Game of Thrones, The Lord of the Rings, and other high fantasy storylines. The guests of honour were artist/DJ Kihu[2] and author Tempe O'Kun.[3]
A video series depicting four competing houses trying to rule the land was released to promote the theme,[4] similar to the webseries It Came From Camp Feral! in Feral! 2011 and Futurecamp! in Feral! 2012.
Also, a new main lodge was introduced this year at Feral, housing events such as the trading post and drawing workshops.
The convention saw 147 campers.[5]
A teaser for Feral! 2015 was released in the last page of the con book showing a picture of the camp mascot, Pawnee, dressed as Jason Voorhees staring down a moose depicted to look like Slenderman.
