Fangcon was the first instance of the annual Fangcon convention. It took place in Nashville, Tennessee, from October 26-28, 2012, at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel. Registration opened July 1, 2012.[1] Fangcon 2012 had 201 attendees, 40 participants in the fursuit parade, and raised more than $1700 for convention charity Tiger Haven. It had the theme of "musicals."
2012 staff[edit]
The Fangcon Board of Directors in 2012 were: Keefur (Board of Directors president[2], mentioned as organizer in June 2012[3]), secretary Jace Inugami, and members[2] Brandon Lynx, Frocta, NightWolf714, and Wolfaya.

Guests of Honor[edit]
Fangcon 2012 guests of honor were fursuiters "Draconis (aka Calamity Cougar)", Rhubarb the Bear, and Jugular Jaguar.[4]
