Elton Portilho is a Brazilian graphic designer, animator and furry artist who lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
One of the two better known furry artists of that country (along with Ronaldo Santana), he is best known for the creation of the character Mellany Mellons, a female anthropomorphic bovine with large breasts
