Double Take is the debut album by Canadian-Italian singer songwriter Cassidy Civet released on the leap year date of February 29, 2020.

The album was launched at Texas Furry Fiesta 2020 at her very first concert. The first ever copy was purchased by Paco Panda. This was the one of the last American conventions to be held in 2020 before the COVID-19 pandemic, which would ultimately cancel Cassidy's debut tour.

History & Background[edit]

"Comfort Zone" was the first single and was debuted and performed at VancouFur 2018 in the variety show. It was also performed at a local competition and the performance got Cassidy into the semi finals, and eventual finals where she placed 3rd.

"Moonlight" was the second single for the album. It was used in the dance competition for Howloween 2019 while the judge scores were calculated. It was also performed in the Midwest FurFest 2019 talent show.

"da Vinci" was being heavily considered as the third and final single from the album if another one was chosen. "You Don't Belong In This World" and "Hieroglyphics" are the most likely candidates for music videos in the future.

"Borders" is the oldest recorded song on the record, with the vocals being recorded in 2016.
