Dana Wolfe was a Burned Fur, according to An Informal History of Furry Fandom by Simo, however, she left the movement in 2003 citing radical religious influence.[1]
She was also the founder of the Frozen Furs[clarify] bi-weekly furmeet in Minneapolis in 1997, from which the MNFurs group spun off in 2004.[citation needed]
Since 2004, she has largely left furry fandom.
