Convention committee

Convention committee (or Concom) is a term inherited from science fiction fandom. It is the collective term for the convention chairman and all of the department heads which comprise the upper levels of convention management. While some conventions, such as Further Confusion start with a new convention committee every year, others typically are relatively static, with only a few positions changing from year to year.
