Clever Racoon Dog is a North Korean animated television series produced by SEK Studios with funny animal characters aired on North Korean state television.

Features[edit]

The series was produced for a number of years and features both old and new animation style, depending on the production year of each episode.[clarify]

The series features a larger amount of funny animal characters, living in a more peaceful world. The series focus on three main characters: a raccoon dog, a male bear and female cat), often involved in minor adventures or incidents. [clarify]

Each episode appears to have a scholastic element, focusing on matters as: scientific information, road safety, commitment to sport and contests, among others.

Characters[edit]

  • Neoguri : A male brown raccoon. He is the main character of the show, always kind and smart.
  • Gom : A male brown bear. He is strong, but often gets into accidents when he ignores Neoguri's advice.
  • Yaong-i : A blue cat. She is smarter than Gom, but sometimes ignores Neoguri's advice.
  • Mem-me : A young goat that is a classmate of Neoguri, Gom, and Yaong-i.
  • Kkolkkol-i : A baby pig. He likes toys and drawing.
  • Guide Kkangchong-i : A female rabbit in a fancy pink dress. She first appears in episode 67 and is a show and TV show host.
  • Jangsugom : A Gom's uncle. He has a job manufacturing canned food.
