Checking Out My Wigwam was the debut song of WigWam (the collaboration of Blur bassist Alex James and 90's vocalist Betty Boo). It was released as a single (also entitled "WigWam") on April 3, 2006. The song reached #60 in the UK music charts.

The music video for the song, shot on a rooftop in Soho, London (UK), features a large number of feline fursuiters. The fursuiters bounce around with various musical instruments and join the video crew in a brawl with police officers, all to mixed reactions from passersby in the street below.
