Chakat Windshear

Chakat Windshear (born December 19, 1966), is a furry who lives in Reading, Pennsylvania, United States. Hir fursona is a chakat with cheetah coloration. Windshear owns and operates Chakat Windshear's Wares.
Windy, as hir friends call hir, owned and operated Studio Maki Productions.
